These terms cover your use of this website and of the Sanctorum software.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or using the Sanctorum software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
2.Use License
The Sanctorum software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. You may use, modify and redistribute it under that license.
The obligation that matters most in practice: if you run a modified version as a network service, you must make your source code available to its users (AGPL §13). Where these terms and the AGPL disagree about the software, the AGPL governs.
3.Account Responsibilities
The app does not require an account with us. You are responsible for the provider keys you enter, for the clearance you grant each seat, and for the actions you approve. Agents can act on real files, websites and services within the permissions you give them.
4.Payment Terms
Sanctorum is free. Model usage is billed by your model provider under its own terms; failed runs may still be billed. Budget caps in the app limit token spend but cannot see purchases made in a browser.
5.Refund Policy
Because the software is provided at no charge, there is nothing to refund. Refunds for model usage are a matter between you and your provider.
6.Intellectual Property
The Sanctorum name, logo and bundled artwork remain the property of their owners. Your content — the org, memory and files your agents produce — belongs to you.
7.Limitation of Liability
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, as stated in the AGPL. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use, including actions taken by agents you configured or approved.
8.Termination
Your rights under the AGPL terminate if you violate it, as described in the license. We may suspend access to this website at any time.
9.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
