This policy explains what information the Sanctorum website and desktop application handle, and how.
1.Information We Collect
On this website
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit. Our hosting provider may also record standard request logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
In the Sanctorum app
Sanctorum is a desktop application. Your organization, agents, memory, run history and settings are stored in a local database on your own machine. We do not receive a copy.
2.How We Use Your Information
We use contact form submissions only to reply to you and to improve the project. We use request logs to keep the website running and secure.
3.Information Sharing
We do not sell your information. When you run agents against a real model, the app sends prompts and tool results directly from your machine to the model provider you configure (for example OpenRouter), under that provider’s own terms.
4.Data Security
Provider keys entered in the app are encrypted at rest through the operating system’s keychain — DPAPI on Windows, Keychain on macOS — and bound to the logged-in user. Agent runs receive only a minimal environment, so host secrets are not passed to them.
No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and encryption at rest does not protect against software running as your own user account.
5.Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us to make a request. Data held by the desktop app is on your own machine and under your control; uninstalling leaves it in your user data folder until you delete it.
7.Third-Party Services
This website may rely on a hosting provider, a font provider and an analytics provider. The app relies on the model provider you configure. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
